With over 40 years in Procurement leadership, I’ve learned that real, lasting success isn’t just about systems or strategy—it’s about people. I’ve led teams across categories, delivered major transformation programmes, and steered high-stakes negotiations.
But my proudest moments? Watching individuals grow, shift their mindset, and achieve outcomes they once thought were out of reach.

Today, I coach Procurement professionals at every level—from ambitious future leaders to seasoned CPOs. My goal is to create space for clarity, confidence, and strategic thinking.
